The miniatures are in very good condition. Three are unpainted.

These are Ral Partha 25 mm Historicals (1979) painted by David C. Sutherland III to look like Tekumel Nlyss Warriors. I'd give these figures an 8 out of 10 as a whole for painting skill and quality. However, the individual handpainted designs on the shields are so elaborate and unique, I'd have to give those figures a 10! Very, very, cool. David shows his true artistic talent with the shields. Amazing.
