The booklet is in VG condition with a number of creases from use. The cover has "Type-O's" printed by David in light blue pencil. There are also a number of David's editorial proof marks in light blue pencil throughout. These errors were corrected in the 2nd printing.

The final supplement of the original D&D game, this copy is a 1st printing and an editorial proof copy. A rare find indeed!
