This is part of a fabulous series of books detailing the lives, arms, armors, and pageantry of armies from many different ages. Each book contains detailed research by Ian Heath, numerous illustrations and photos, and some incredible full color plates depicting the armies and cultures by Angus McBride. This book was used by David as a reference for the game art he created.
