TSR Concept Designs Original Drawings Photos

Set of TSR new product line concept designs, drawings, notes and photos of mock-ups

The various pieces of the set are in nice shape having been stored for years in a folder. The photo's that come with this set are in MINT condition.

In the mid 80's, TSR was coming out with all sorts of crazy gimmicky lines of products aimed at kids. This auction lot contains the design concepts for a number of these products that never were produced. The set includes copious concept notes, original drawings, and photos of mock-ups for: Fearsome Fuzzies, Castle Critters, grooming accessories, toothpaste caps, slot racer jousting knights, decorative table lighters and hand held lighters, bike horns, streamers, noise makers, coloring kits, pen and pencil tops, kites, gliders, finger puppets, wind-up toys, and all sorts of crazy things. The original drawings and notes are by David C. Sutherland III. The notes discuss concepts, pricing, packaging, displays, age ranges, etc. Also included are nine photographs of the Fearsome Fuzzies mock-ups - the cutest otyugh you'll ever see! The best part is that all of this is kept in a TSR interoffice project folder that has notes written on it and later crossed out by David including a note to Patch Press, signed by David, "New Monster Manual "Monsters", etc. The envelope itself is a record of the projects it once and still does hold!
