The booklet is in MINT condition. Seriously, I don't know how David did it but this module looks absolutely brand new. In over 10 years of collecting and seeing a dozens of these, I have never seen one in MINT shape.

The precursor to Gamma World this fantastic sci-fi adventure game is set aboard an impossibly huge spaceship Warden, populated with the mutated descendants of the original crew and passenger colonists. This is in the classic vein of the generation ship of pulp science-fiction. Maps and illustrations are by David C. Sutherland III. David kept this in his portfolio as a sample of his work.
