The booklet is in GOOD condition with some dirtiness to the cover noted. Virtually no spine wear at all! Interior is free of any writing and other than one creased page corner is Near Mint. Only two very minor specks can be found. Along the page edges there is a stray mark from a black marker near the very bottom edge.
