TSR D&D Supplement I: Greyhawk TRUE 1st Print
Original D&D Supplement I: Greyhawk (TRUE 1st print, July 1975; original Tactical Studies Rules Gygax/Kaye logo!) by Gary Gygax
The book is in great shape with almost no wear. The only flaws are a very minor 1/2" crease across the corner of the upper right front cover and a few light cover stains on the front and back. The largest is 1/4" by 3/4" along the spine of the back cover. Again these are very light. There is virtually no staple rust. The interior is in nice shape and is free of any marks on all but one page where a few stray pen marks are found. As is common with this print, the printers, Graphic Printing of lake Geneva, cut a few pages very close to the text. Pages 7, 17, 18, 23, 29, 30, and 45 have the very last letters on one or two lines trimmed or cut. Despite this all text is perfectly legible as only a couple of the last letters on each page are affected. It is amazing the book is in such great shape as it is over 27 years old!
This is the book that first introduced paladins, thieves, variable weapon and monster damage (used to all do 1d6!), weapon adjustments to hit armor class, and many other elements that would become the classic version of the game as it is today.
